Zoe’s journey as a holistic health practitioner began in 2001 with a simple inquiry:

What would it be like to live in a state of optimum health and vitality? How can I achieve this within my own system and how can I empower, encourage and support others to do the same?

She began the journey by taking a deep dive into this inquiry in 2001 by going to college in Exeter UK to study Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki Healing, Nutrition and Yoga, gaining a BTEC in Applied Science in 2003.

Through these ancient practices, she was inspired to go deeper in her study, and went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science (Honours) Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture) graduating in 2006.

It is health that is the real wealth, not pieces of gold and silver

On completing her degree, she felt called to travel with her work and began freelancing for families across the world on private yachts and villas as an acupuncturist and masseuse. Her global practice began to grow and in 2012 she began to offer private health retreats for groups and individuals in Spain.

Called to expand her knowledge and enrich her practice, in 2013 Zoe completed a 300-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training, and upon graduation, worked as the yoga studio’s in-house Acupuncturist. Committed to deepening her study of yoga as a therapeutic practice, she went on to complete a 500-hour Yin Yoga teacher training, a style she finds integral to her work as an Acupuncturist.

Zoe now resides in Asia and maintains a private practice in Asia. She also provides her therapies at multiple retreats a year, integrating Chinese Medicine, bodywork, and yoga, in private retreats, retreats at exclusive hotels and also for private families on super yachts.

Deeply passionate about holistic health, her mission is to inspire her clients to care for themselves skillfully and compassionately in order to inhabit their highest, most vital expression.  As a healing practitioner, she is devoted to continually developing her capacities for leadership in order to best support others to reclaim their lives and health as a joyful celebration.
