SACRED PAUSE RETREAT

23rd-26th May 2024

English Harbour

Come and take a moment.

Join us for a very special weekend retreat, where we can come together to take a ‘sacred pause’ after a busy season, to take a moment of pause to reflect, refresh and revive.

Each morning will welcome the day with a sunrise meditation and yoga, and we will complete the day with a slow flow yoga or yin yoga followed by a deeply relaxing gong bath and sound journey.

Each morning we will enjoy a delicious whole-plant-based brunch together, followed by some relaxation time by the pools in the tree-lined garden.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.

There is an option to ‘stay at home’ as well if you live nearby and only wish to come for the daytime.

It was my first retreat ever, my gift to me, the sacred pause
We all live such busy lives and I have been seeking balance.
The venue was perfect, such peace and serenity. I entered the gate and the outsid world disappeared.
Ros is an amazing yoga teacher, strong , wise. Her deep compassion and ability to hold space made me extend myself mentally and on the mat.
Zoe’s meditations and  gong sound baths took me on a journey within , I found myself feeling calm and centered.
Zoe’s amazing meals fed the body and the soul. Each mouthful tasted of love

The woman in the group opened their hearts, the ability to be vulnerable requires great trust. It was indeed an honour for me to be part of the Sacred pause.
