Hello, I’m Zoe Nash
Inner Alchemist • Acupuncturist • Yin Guide • Soulful Coach—supporting women to reclaim vitality and spirit, naturally.
I’ve helped hundreds of people get back into health through the wisdom of Chinese medicine, acupuncture and by providing them with lifestyle and diet advice to empower them to back to vitality themselves, naturally, using the power of whole plant foods and emotional perceptive. Supporting people to move from stagnation to vitality in their energy, from a sense of helplessness to empowerment in their health condition and from dismay to radiance, a matter of weeks.
Here’s my story
My name is Zoe—meaning “Life” in Greek—and it’s a name I feel I live into each day. I’m a true lover of life: of this beautiful, magnificent earth, and the beauty and lessons that come with human existence. My highest values are truth, freedom, and compassion, and these guide both how I live and how I work.
My journey as a holistic health practitioner began in 2001, and ever since I’ve been devoted to living—and helping others live—with greater health, vitality, and resilience. A pivotal step on that path was completing a three-year BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in the UK in 2006, and I’ve been in continuous practice ever since.
The catalyst for my work began much earlier. When I was 11, I watched my father’s health decline rapidly from colon cancer. Witnessing his pain and the fragility of life left a deep impression on me and sparked lifelong questions: Why do we get sick? What supports true prevention? How can we live in a way that protects and strengthens our health?
Chinese medicine gave me both a practical and philosophical framework—tools to support wellbeing and longevity, and a way to understand life’s cycles with greater acceptance and meaning. In many ways, I’ve truly found my Tao in this medicine. It continues to be a source of wonder and wisdom for me, and I feel humbled to be able to offer such a profound medicine in this lifetime.
Over the years, my work has taken me around the world, serving people from many walks of life: from private clients in villas and resorts, such an Aman hotels, to communities in remote mountain villages where access to medical support was limited. I’m an eternal student of life, always studying, refining my craft, and continuing my professional development so I can serve with deeper skill and clarity.
In 2013, I completed a raw chef and detox training with Dr Amy Rachelle, which had a profound impact on my health and energy. It also clarified something essential: while cleansing can be powerful, true wellbeing depends on balance, nourishment, and sustainability. Through Chinese medicine—and the principles of Yang Sheng (nurturing life)—everything began to click into place, and I knew I had found a lifelong path and the missing key I’d been searching for.
In 2016, after two seasons volunteering in Nepal, I became the lead practitioner for the acupuncture outreach clinic, ‘The Acupuncture Relief Project’. That experience remains one of the most formative chapters of my career—offering care with limited resources while educating and empowering people through simple, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes alongside acupuncture.
I’ve continued to study widely and deeply, often close to the origins of these traditions—training in hospitals in China and studying yoga and meditation in India and throughout Asia.
Since 2014 I’ve taught extensively on Yin Yoga teacher trainings across the world, weaving in the philosophy and foundations of Chinese medicine, the five elements, meridians and women’s health from a Chinese medicine perspective.
Today, I also lead retreats inspired by Taoist and elemental living, integrating practices such as yoga, qigong, nourishment, rewilding, women’s circles, and sound healing
In 2022, I completed a sound healing training with Tone of Life and have since been offering sound healing experiences for groups, as well as privately—often woven into acupuncture treatments to support a more spacious, elevated healing experience.
In 2024, I completed a year-long mentorship with Lorie Dechar, which deepened my understanding of spirit and soul work, and illuminated the roots of Chinese medicine in shamanism, dream work, and alchemy—insights that continue to enrich the way I listen, diagnose, and treat.
Most recently, in 2025, I completed an intensive mentorship program with Ann Cecil-Sternman and now practise Classical Chinese Medicine, including the Eight Extraordinary Channels, Divergent Channels, Sinew Channels, and Luo vessels—offering a more comprehensive and refined approach to acupuncture treatment.
On an ordinary day, you’ll find me walking with my dogs, working with patients from my home practice, supporting clients in person and remotely, and—when the skies are clear—stargazing and playing gentle melodies on my guitar.
I’m here to help you return to balance and wellbeing by reconnecting with your true nature—through an approach that is sustainable, nourishing, and deeply nourishing.
