Qigong is an ancient healing art, a form of moving meditation, and a way of life. It is the practice of cultivating and harmonising our vital energy (Qi), supporting the health of the body, calming the mind, and nourishing the spirit. Qigong offers a pathway of self-knowledge—an invitation to become more intimately acquainted with our essential nature through breath, presence, and gentle, intentional movement

Qigong is one of the fundamental keys to health. It cultivates strength and resilience while also encouraging softness, mobility, and ease—supporting both the body and the mind.

I’m passionate about teaching qigong and weaving in the philosophy of Chinese medicine to offer a deeper understanding of how the practice works. Through gentle, intentional movement and breath, we stimulate the meridian pathways, support organ health, and shift emotional patterns by encouraging Qi to flow more freely.

Some qigong practices are more active and invigorating, building vitality and stability; others are slower and more restorative, guiding us into stillness, surrender, and deep nourishment. Together, these qualities create balance—helping us feel grounded, clear, and energised.

My intention is to make qigong accessible for all levels, ages, and abilities, offering a subtle yet powerful pathway to improved health and wellbeing.

My teaching is rooted in ongoing study and lived practice. I’ve trained with White Tiger Qigong, with a focus on the Bagua and the Five Elements, completed a 100-day Medical Qigong training with Innata, and also studied with Forest Rock Qigong. I’ve further trained in Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong with Peter Deadman, weaving these lineages into classes that are grounded, accessible, and supportive.
